We threw the country a 250th birthday party. Bunting down every street of the neighborhood, a cake to match, live music, a balloon artist working the room, cotton candy, and a tent on the lawn for anyone who wanted the shade. Our neighbors from the police department stopped by too.

Jennifer the marketing director at this assisted living facility made an incredible impression. She is warm, knowledgeable and compassionate. It was immediately clear that she genuinely cares, not just about the residents, but also about the families who are navigating what can be an emotional and overwhelming process.
Our family has had a wonderful experience with this facility. One of the first things you notice is how immaculately clean the entire building is — it is clear the housekeeping staff works incredibly hard to maintain a fresh, home-like environment. The heart of the community is definitely the staff.

Our therapy animals come to the residents rather than the other way around — a lap, a lean, and a good long scratch behind the ears. One of the most looked-forward-to afternoons we run.

Craft corner runs on company as much as glue and ribbon. Autumn wreaths, holiday decorations, sewing projects — residents choose what they want to make, and the finished pieces go up around the building.
